• About Us

Dangerous Curves, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Mark Smith, our in-house artist, and has grown to include airbrushers, shop managers, photographers, and of course, the Dangerous Curves models.

At Dangerous Curves, Inc. you get the whole package. The custom design and refinish process is completely documented--customers get step-by-step photos and can even view their bike online as it is painted. After the job is done, the customer has the option to have their bike professionally modeled and photographed. At the end, they receive a CD of the final product autographed by the staff, and they love their bike!

  • Airbrush Equipment

We prefer to use Dupont Refinishing Systems or Hot Hues paint for custom projects, using Accuspray guns to apply paint. We also have a special Dupont paint mixer and matcher to ensure that the paint we apply matches the original.

Our building is home to a generous amount of space for preps, projects, and painters. We have an in-house paintbooth that is big enough to hold three stripped bikes (or one intact car) at a time. All areas of our paint shop are secured by locking gates or doors.

Our building can be found on Jack James Dr, which is the first right going westbound past I-95 at exit 101.

  • Mark Smith, In-house Artist

Meet the man behind the airbrush. Mark obtained a Dual Associates Degree in Commercial Art and Fine Art in 1984. He has been applying his talent and skill in the custom auto refinishing industry for 24 years. Specializing in motorcycle custom graphics and airbrush art, Mark's award winning designs and quality workmanship are always tailored to the customer's desire - "The Customer Comes First". With this work ethic, the demand for his talent become too much for one person.

Mark's goal is to bring the customer's imagination to life. His humanity also leads to his generosity, as he donates his time and money to the ARC of Martin County.

  • Your Bike Belongs on the Road

Don't let your bike gather dust sitting in the back of another paint shop. At Dangerous Curves we take the time to listen to your requests, and then we work fast so you can show off your new shine.

We want you to believe that we make every effort to minimize the time that the rubber is not on the road. We encourage you to come visit to actually watch your bike being painted while in our shop, and we're installing a webcam in the booth so you can watch from work, too.

We understand that you want your bike to be as unique as you are. We even understand that you may want people to be able to spot your bike in a crowd. If you have a design in mind, we'll listen carefully and paint towards your expectations.

We love projects that are detailed and complex. We want to paint bikes we can

Rewarding yourself with custom paint is just that--a reward for yourself. We take this mentality a step further by pampering you with services beyond paint. When you come to pick up your bike, you'll also receive a DVD showing the progress of your bike as it was painted, a second DVD featuring a photoshoot of our DC girls draped over your ride, and you'll receive an invitation to join us at our shows, where you can sit back, relax, and watch the crowd form around your baby.

You deserve the best paint for your ride, and you deserve to be satisfied. Let us deliver to you a one-of-a-kind experience.
